About Author: Dr Rakshit Tandon is a Cyber Security Evangelist, National Cyber Security Expert, and Crime Investigator on Cyber Forensics and Ethical Hacking for various Law Enforcement Agencies in India. He has two decades of expertise in cyber security. He is highly concerned about the cyber hygiene of children, particularly those aged 10 to 18 years old. Over the last two decades, he has made it his mission and
has reached out to over 70 lakh youngsters across the country.

Dr. Tandon is a key resource person and visiting faculty member at the Bureau of Police Research And Development (BPRD), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, for Cyber Crime Investigations and training of Law Enforcement Officers across the country.

He is currently appointed by the Haryana Police Department as a Consultant – CID for Training and to assist in the investigation of cybercrimes.
He is regularly invited by schools & Colleges to conduct Cyber Security & Hygiene Sessions, also known as Safe Surfing. In addition, he was a key contributor to UNICEF’s study on “Child Online Protection in India.”
