What to do in case of Damaged /Defective Products

If an item ordered by you on Ratan Prakashan Mandir is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at sales@ratanprakashan.com for a replacement. We will guide you about how to refund the book to us for a replacement.

What to do If I want to return a product that I have ordered??

To provide you a worry-free shopping experience on www.ratanprakashan.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can also call us and notify us of you returning an item.

How will the Money be refunded in case of product(s) returned??
